Most brands grow by adding. A new flavour this quarter. A new fruit next year. A cheaper line for the markets that ask for cheaper. We understand the logic. We've simply chosen a different one.
Djirian makes freeze-dried durian. Only freeze-dried durian. From one highland in Vietnam, from three farming households we've known by name for years, processed one way and one way only. There is no mango version in development. No "economy" line for price-sensitive buyers. No blended pack that quietly mixes Di Linh fruit with cheaper durian from somewhere else to stretch a harvest.
We chose this because focus is the only road we know to the kind of quality we're after. A durian that ripens for 120 days at 950 metres, on soil three million years in the making, deserves more than to become one item on a long list. It deserves a company that thinks about nothing else.

THE RANGE
The fruit is the same across all three. The soil is the same. The 120 days on the tree, the 22 hours in the freeze-dryer, the hands that check each piece all the same. What changes is only the size of the moment you're buying it for.

For the person who has never tried freeze-dried durian, or has tried it once from somewhere else and wants to know what a single-origin version actually tastes like. Small enough to be a decision you don't have to think too hard about. Large enough to understand what we've spent three years building.

For the person who has already crossed that line. Who keeps a jar on the desk at work, or on the shelf beside the tea. Who eats two or three pieces at a time, slowly, and finds that a jar lasts them somewhere between ten days and two weeks. This is the size we designed with that rhythm in mind.
It is the size most of our returning customers come back to. Not because we push it, but because it seems to be the size that fits into a life.

For the moments when durian stops being a personal pleasure and becomes something you pass across a table. A jar to bring to a family gathering during Tết or Lunar New Year. A gift for a colleague in Tokyo who has heard about Vietnamese durian but never tasted it at this quality. A jar to open on a weekend when relatives visit and stay longer than expected.
The 200g is our answer to the truth that some fruit is meant to be given away.
One origin. Three moments.
Nothing added.
Single-origin from Di Linh, Lâm Đồng. Ri6 and Monthong, harvested tree-ripe. No added sugar, no flavouring, no preservatives, no anti-oxidants. Freeze-dried for 22 hours at 2,000 times below atmospheric pressure. Final moisture below 4%. Shelf life 12 months. Every jar carries a lot code that traces back to the week it was picked and the household that picked it.
